I don’t have excessive fat on face, It’s the opposite; my face is long-ish and I’m losing my firm jawline. While filler does make it look firmer, it tends to add more length to my face because it’s injected into my “ relocated” jawline caused by gravity. Would eliminating the sagging skin through Coolsculpting, then supplementing with fillers appear to put my jawline back to where it was 15 years ago? If not, what treatment works best to reduce and firm skin there?
Answer: Jawline Contouring Hello Blake2, and thank you for this thoughtful question! Based on what you’re describing, CoolSculpting likely isn’t the right approach. It targets fat reduction, and since you mentioned a lack of facial fat, removing volume could actually worsen sagging and make your face appear even longer. Your concern sounds more related to skin laxity and loss of definition, which requires tightening and support. A better approach would be collagen-stimulating treatments like Sculptra or Radiesse. These biostimulators work beneath the skin to gradually restore structure and firmness without adding bulk. When Radiesse is diluted (hyperdilute), it acts more like a skin-tightener than a filler. Combined with radiofrequency microneedling (like Morpheus8), you can see real improvements in skin quality and jawline contour. Traditional filler may still play a role, but it needs to be used carefully to avoid adding unwanted length or heaviness. If the skin laxity is more advanced, surgery such as a lower facelift or mini-lift may offer the most effective and natural-looking result. Without a photo or in-person consult, it’s hard to give a definitive recommendation, but based on your description, skin-tightening and collagen support are the most promising non-surgical options. Answer: Cool Sculpting and Sagging Skin Hello and thank you so much for your question! While Cool Sculpting can be an amazing treatment for fat reduction, especially on the face, it is not approved to help with sagging skin. If sagging skin is your main concern, I would recommend NeoGen or Morpheus! Both treatments are amazing for lifting and tightening skin, while also producing collagen! These treatments combined with annual dermal filler treatments will help you achieve your desired results!

Answer: Jawline tightening Hi Blake! To answer your question. Unfortunately CoolSculpting does not treat any loose or sagging skin. Coolsculpting will only treat subcutaneous fat. The jawline is a tricky area to treat so it is important to make sure that there is enough fat to suction.

Answer: Can CoolSculpting be used to get rid of a sagging jawline caused by aging? Unfortunately, without pictures, it's very difficult to know exactly what your are trying to fix. But, even without a picture, I can tell you for sure, Coolsculpting is definitely not the answer for lifting your jaw line. From what you're describing I would recommend FaceTite and Morpheus8. These treatments tighten your skin and lift your jawline. It is the next best thing to a face lift.
