Sixteen CoolSculpting treatments and counting - do some people have cryo-resistant fat cells?

Hello. I've had sixteen CoolSculpting treatments performed on my lower abdominal area over the last twelve months. Appointments were spaced appropriately. However, I haven't noticed any difference. How is this possible? Do some people have cryo-resistant fat cells?
