I am 55 and have a saggy C cup I have talked to one PS and they recommended under both muscle implant and 600 cc'ss would that takwe me to a FF or G?
Answer: 600 cc too big
Breast implants will only change your volume, not correct sagginess. Augmentation with implants such as 600 cc’s would be a disaster. The implants have to be centered under the nipple resulting in low lying implants, which will make you look heavy, droopy and require revision. Just as important as the implant is a lift. Most women hate lifts because of the ugly vertical scars of the traditional technique. It is for that reason a new technique was developed, which hides the scars around the areola or in the shadow of the breast. This new lift technique can be combined with implants if you desire a volume change simultaneously. Your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Aligning the areola and breast tissue over the bony prominence of the chest wall maximizes anterior projection allowing a smaller implant or no implants at all.

Answer: How to predict cup size after augmentation?
Since bra cup sizes are variable -- for example, a 32C is not the same as a 36C -- it is difficult to predict cup sizes. Additionally, different manufacturers may vary in their cup sizes as well. I usually advise my patients to focus more on the look they would like to achieve as opposed to a specific cup size. To assist you with determining what size implant you would like, each plastic surgeon will have a different routine -- some may have sizers in the office, others may advise you to put dry rice in a ziplock bag and try different volumes. That said, a 600cc implant is large and should increase your size by several cup sizes. Keep in mind that the larger the implant, particularly once you go larger than 450cc, the higher the complication rate or the need for more operations in the future. I would suggest that you discuss all of your options with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
