I want eyes like marilyn monroes how hers are downturned and no fat above the eye, possible? (photo)

how can I get that I heard of canthopexy but cant find any info about the procedure or any doctors around. There is a difference in her eyes through out the years. In the pictures you can see the difference.I just want eyes that have no upper hoodnes and downturned and the corners of her eyes are downturned which is what i want and no fat just to be clear.

It is very uncommon to have dry eye in a well performed upper eyelid surgery. From your photos, it appears that you need skin, muscle and fat removed to improve the shape of your upper eyelid. Unless you have a predisposing condition, cutting the muscle will have little effect on your procedure....

An eye cream is always helpful.Botox is not a great option for this line for several reasons.  First the line is your lower eyelid crease.  It is suppose to be there.  Botox will cause muscle atrophy.  It actually could make the line look worse and also weaken the muscle...
