However, we can significantly improve the appearance with a combination of treatments.
I recommend using Botox to address the muscle contours and movement, and complementing this with forehead fat transfer. By placing the fat over the veins and under the skin layer, we can reduce the prominence of the veins, making them less visible. You may be correct that the bulge in your forehead is the supratrochlear artery and vein that may have become visible with time. If that is the case, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for filling in the grooves next to the artery for a less visible appearance.
