How to treat vertical vein/line in forehead (photo)

Question

Somewhat recently my forehead has developed a vertical line that often appears to be a vein but at other times seems to be an indentation. Is this something that can be addressed with Botox? Fillers? Something else?

This can be initially addressed with Botox injections. Botox will cause the skin of the forehead to stretch a little and this will minimize the indentation. If it is still visible after botox injections it can be filled with blended fillers(Voluma or Volbella).

After reviewing the photos, I noticed the following:In the first picture, there is a clearly visible vein.In the second and third pictures, it appears that veins and muscle contours are mixed together.Based on my experience with similar cases, I must be honest&mdash;achieving a perfectly smooth result, particularly in the vascular area, can be challenging. However, we can significantly improve the appearance with a combination of treatments.
I recommend using Botox to address the muscle contours and movement, and complementing this with forehead fat transfer. By placing the fat over the veins and under the skin layer, we can reduce the prominence of the veins, making them less visible. This approach will also create a smoother and more youthful forehead contour.

You may be correct that the bulge in your forehead is the supratrochlear artery and vein that may have become visible with time. If that is the case, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for filling in the grooves next to the artery for a less visible appearance.
