How to remove scar tissue from previous wart removal? (Photo)

So recently I decided to try a home remedy wart solution. It was a bandaid with a circle that had medication to "kill" the wart. The problem is that the wart was kinda removed but the medication mad a large circle of scar tissue around it. After mh doctor removed the rest of the wart, I was told it was impossible to remove the remaining scar tissue. It looks terrible and I often cut it down yet it always grows back and It never looks presentable. TIA The pictures below are after a recent trim
