I have female pattern hairloss and was prescribed hair PRP (along with oral supplements and topical ointment application) by a dermatologist here. I had 2 sessions of Meso+PRP and 1 session of Stem Cell+PRP with her (each session was done one month apart). I have developed scarring alopecia post those sessions and that Doc maintains that it’s normal and will resolve on its own. It’s been over 4 months and I have switched to another Doc who has prescribed Halox and Minoxidil. Any hope?
