I'm asked to wear braces on both upper and lower teeth and also extracted four teeth. 7th month onwards everything was perfect and I loved my face at that time. Now it's 16th month. It is obvious from your photos that you have an extremely underdeveloped maxilla. This is a developmental issue best addressed prior to 8 years of age. The bone and teeth do not give proper support to your facial soft tissues.
