I'm asked to wear braces on both upper and lower teeth and also extracted four teeth. 7th month onwards everything was perfect and I loved my face at that time. Now it's 16th month. My face is totally messed up. My lower teeth had gone too much inwards. Everyone started noticing that and my lower lip also go inwards, what to do

It is obvious from your photos that you have an extremely underdeveloped maxilla. This is a developmental issue best addressed prior to 8 years of age. The bone and teeth do not give proper support to your facial soft tissues.
