Changes in face after braces. What should I do?

Hello doctor, I'm a 18 year old girl. I had started my braces treatment last year (2021) march because I had a slight overbite. I'm asked to wear braces on both upper and lower teeth and also extracted four teeth. 7th month onwards everything was perfect and I loved my face at that time. Now it's 16th month. My face is totally messed up. My lower teeth had gone too much inwards. Everyone started noticing that and my lower lip also go inwards, what to do
