Can I fix this with braces or do I need surgery? (Photo)

I have no idea how bad my teeth are, I know they are in a bad position but don't know the severity of it, can someone please explain to me what I need to do? How severe is it? I had a deformed tooth and my orthodontist decided to put a crown on it until the tooth above it could fully erupt, can the tooth that is up above be saved, or do I need to extract it? Thanks in advance!

It is unfortunate that you had four teeth amputated and no have these issues that could have been avoided by early expansion. Consider the use of the DNA Appliance it uses very light forces and there is virtually no inflamation which causes pain and resorbtion and/or bone loss. Shortened roots...
