Votiva or Juliet. Which is better?

Mom of two with a bit of incontinence. Had the O-shot but Dr said I might need to reinforce with something else after 3 months. Just starting my research now.

Dear Mom of two beautiful children. As a gynecologist who have had both system of Fractionated Co2 laser ( FemiLift ) and bipolar radiofrequency ( Votiva ) , I do see better result with Laser for treatment of stress incontinence.
Recently there is a new machine have been introduced which is going to be a combination of Laser and radiofrequency effect called Morpheus8 V, which will give more tightening in addition to improvement in urinary incontinence.

You’re doing the right thing by gathering information before committing to another procedure — especially since postpartum incontinence can have multiple causes, and the O-shot (PRP) has mixed evidence.  Stress incontinence.  Leakage when you cough, sneeze, laugh, jump, lift, or run. Caused by pelvic floor weakness, urethral support changes, or childbirth trauma. Urge incontinence / overactive bladder, Sudden strong urge to pee, sometimes with leakage. Mixed incontinence, A combination of both. Treatments differ depending on which you have — the O-shot tends to help mild stress or mild mixed, but not always enough on its own.

The first step in treating incontinence is to figure out exactly what type of incontinence you have. This is done by an in person exam by gynecologists, urogynecologists, and urologists. The reason I asked is because the O-shot is not a treatment for incontinence. Frequently it is combined with real treatments for incontinence, but an expert in incontinence would never start with a "let's see if it works" approach. I recommend you start with a virtual consult with an expert in incontinence to get you on right path. Don't do anything else yet and you will save yourself time, money, and aggravation.
