Can I still change the way my permanent crowns are done if my temporary crowns were put in yesterday?

I'm am not satisfied with some of the details of my temporary crowns. Teeth (7,8,9,10) in front that were done to give me a straightened smile. But it looks to me like all teeth are around the same size

Yes, an esthetic temporary crown is meant to give the patient a chance to "test drive" the appearance of the new restorations. For esthetic cases, the new teeth are sculpted in wax and used as the template for the temporary crowns. This allows the patient to see the proposed shape, size, function and phonetics of the new teeth. Keep in mind that once a patient in in temporary crowns, the goal is to lessen the time in between preparing the teeth and bonding the final crowns. The crowns may already be in the process of being made by a dental lab. If you are unhappy with the shape of your temporary crowns, please let your dentist know asap so that changes can be made.

Temporary crowns or veneers should be used to create the smiles you expect in the final restorations.  The final restorations will look better due to being made of porcelain vs. acrylic temporaries.  But the shape and length and contours should be established in the temporaries so the lab has a template to follow that you want.
