Can I have TT revision, scar revision, labiaplasty and hemorrhoidectomy altogether? (photo)

Question

Had TT done in January 2018, doctor was very nice but I’m not so happy with the result. Is it possible to have it all done at the same time? I need a Hemorrhoidectomy due to having 3 vaginal deliveries. Hemorrhoids keeps popping out and hurts for days and I’m not even constipated. I’m a vegetarian and eats more fibers than meat. Oversized labia is also another matter after 3 kids and I don’t feel so pretty down there.

Hemorrhoidectomy is a general surgical procedure and should not be combined with the other surgeries due to contamination among other things.

Dear jjcastt5,
I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

I doubt that the hemorrhoidectomy would be performed at the same time for many reasons.  Different surgical specialties risk of infection, problems with insurance versus cosmetic, and positioning issues all would be issues trying to combine the hemorrhoid and cosmetic surgery at the same time.  Very difficult to try to coordinate all these issues.
