I struggle with large puffy bags under my eyes. It’s faint when my face is at rest but when I smile I feel like they take over. I have a roundish face, naturally fuller cheeks but with smaller features so I think it makes them look more prominent. I’m 38 & 120lbs. What’s my best bet for minimizing these, it seems there are a lot of routes! Looks like the most common would be blepharoplasty, filler, plasma pen, prf, ultratherapy Which if any of these will also help to also eliminate crows feet?
