I'm interested in softening the sharp vertical line of my jawline to create a more curved appearance, but I want to avoid making my face look chubby from the front. I've heard that fillers via cannula on top of the jaw and chin implant might be an option. However, I've been warned that using a needle instead of a cannula via a side angle could increase the risk of infection. What's the best approach to achieve a more curved jawline without fattening the front view of my face? Edited to add: Unfortunately, fat transfer is not an option for me. I have an athletic body with 13% body fat (no fat to collect).
