Question

hi, one year ago I had my first lip lift. Dr used self dissolving sutures. I then was left with a widened white scar incision. After one year(now) I have had revision. Dr. told me, she will make the incision into my nostrils so it can be harden seen. Now I have a two longened nostrils downwards and with either a atrophic scar or the suture has not dissolved. One side is more bumpy than the other. It feels hard. I feel people starring to this scar, I would also. It is in the middle of my face.

Lip lift scars can be white and visible. Hidef protocols can help with visible lip lift scars on the face. I see a lot of these in my office in Beverly Hills. Surgery is often not needed if lasers and HIDEF scar revision techniques are introduced. 
In our office, we combine treatments starting with topical pre-conditioning of the scars with Plato's Scar Serum for hypertrophy and Melarase PM for pigmentation. Fractional RF, laser, and micro fractional RF can help limit scar growth. Kenalog IIT can also help reduce scar thickness. For lip lift scars specifically, I use selective Hyfrecation to reduce scarring.

Hi Suna,
While it is unfortunate that your scar is quite visible, it looks like it can be improved by laser while the lengthened nostril (the one you  marked) may be improved by fillers or suturing, but a personal evaluation is still necessary.
