I got one session done and a week later I noticed my skin has super tiny cherry angiomas that you can only see up close. can micro needling be the cause of this? why did this happen? is my skin not right for derma rolling?

Microneedling is a fantastic procedure for general skin complexion, acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles.
However because microneedling takes off the top layer of skin in the process, it will take your tan with it.
