Over the years dental professionals have complimented me on my straight teeth and asked if I've ever had braces. I have not :) Generally, I love my teeth. Vertically speaking, they are quite straight. Horizontally, however, my gum line and teeth are lower on my upper left side (right side in photo). Gingivoplasty didn't help. This tilt makes me feel very self conscious about my smile. Would this be best corrected by intrusion? And if so, can that be done with invisalign?

Your least expensive option would be to see your previous orthodontist and let him/her retreat your case. Your old trays will not fit at this point. Unfortunately Invisalign only allows doctors to use their technology on the same patient for up to 5 years. After 5 years Invisalign considers...
Once the initial movement begins (fist 2 aligners) you should be able to achieve 99% of movements in 5 days after propel MOPS are performed. Many of my clear aligner cases are even reduced to changing aligners every 3-5 days following Propel treatment.
