How to fix a bad breast lift?

I had a breastlift and I'm devastated with the results.How can they be fixed?The areolas/nipples are too small and placed too high on my breast.My breast look nothing how I wanted them.Can my breast be reconstructed to look like my original breast?See pics.The surgeon says he has never done areola reposition and enlargement.I don't know what to do.If I go to another surgeon I'll have spend money I dont have.Advise on how to handle this with surgeon & fix.Its affecting me mentally and emotionally
