Wide set eyes: is there any possible way to move them closer cosmetically?

To be frank, I’ve been excruciatingly insecure about my wider set eyes for a long time now, & have been hopelessly searching for a way to change them. To my knowledge, surgery to move the eyes closer together does exist but is highly risky and generally reserved for deformities, also extremely expensive. However I am utterly certain that I want this done, and the potential outcome outweighs every reason not to. I have posted here before a few years ago and was unfortunately met with discouraging responses. I haven’t given up and I’m determined to find a possibility

That type of implants are good in theory only, in practical use they are too visible, producing ectropion (lower lid retraction) and they don't correct your goals. I don't believe you are a candidate for surgery, other options like fat transfers are temporary and very risky in that area...

I am assuming that part of the cranial bone was removed due to trauma or another condition and replaced with titanium. While this is an acceptable option, achieving a more symmetric head shape and better cosmetic outcome is usually possible with a custom-made implant—most commonly PEEK.I...
