What can this small, white discoloration be after getting fillers removed and will it go away?

After getting my under eye fillers removed I have a small white discoloration and sort of swelling under one eye. What is this? I had my Restylane under eye fillers removed due to swelling that would come and go. I waited months but the problem persisted. Now under one eye I have a small white discoloration spot and when I smile a slight bump or swelling of some sort in that area? What can this be and will it go away? What do you recommend?

Hyaluronidase doesn’t dissolve your own tissues. There is no free-floating hyaluronic acid in our tissues. As such, it is completely safe to inject hyaluronidase to dissolve HA fillers.
