Broken Capillary Treatment for a Baby?

I agree with the recommendations to leave these capillaries alone as it is likely that they may regress spontaneously. 

unless the capillary bleeds or the baby scratches it, I would leave it alone. It will be very traumatitic to treat it with a laser, since the baby will have goggles held over its eyes and several people willl have to hold the child still. If it is still there when he is older, if it bothers him, you can always treat it then.
