    I would not inject anything or ligate any veins or any variant or combination.  This is not worth the complications, and the veins serve a clear purpose.

Sclerosing agent would be very dangerous in that area. Ligation of the vein may be possible but blood would need to find another vein to drain through. That could cause another vein to appear.

This enlargement of eyelid veins is an unfortunate side effect of a browlift if one of the other brow veins is cauterized [closed off] during the browlift surgery, as the blood flow drainage will take another route.

These are rather large veins and I would be very hesitant to treat with sclerotherapy. One might consider direct excision or ligation [tying off] of the veins, but then the blood flow would again shift to another vessel and may enlarge those vessels. If that happens in a deep area, it would hopefully not be visible.

I would not inject any sclerosant into that vein. It would be dangerous. This vein is a normal anatomic finding in all people
