Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation after QWO - how can I treat it? (photos)

I got the Qwo treatment 6 months ago. I have been left with horrible PIH. Seeking best recommendation to treat the PIH. Current consideration is Laser Toning. Could I do a topical treatment in addition to Laser Toning? I am olive complexion and tan year around. Had two rounds of Qwo.

Lynn Thank you for sharing your photo. From your photos I can see the Cellulite dimples. The dimples or dents appear to tethered and not from laxity. If a proper exam confirms this , QWO would be the simplest and most effective treatment. I don't think more fat transferred or Sculptra or other...

QWO is a Collagenase injection FDA approved for the treatment of Cellulite. It can be used for off label uses. I am not aware of any reports of Qwo use for the treatment of liposuction fibrosis deformity. However, it is conceivable that Qwo may be helpful in the treatment of liposuction...

Qwo is a new injection treatment for Moderate to Severe Cellulite. It works by dissolving the collagen bands that tether skin and fat causing cellulite dimples. The results are permanent. Of course with weight or hormonal changes, new cellulite can always develop. I hope this helps. Wishing...

You arent a good qwo candidate. the BBL will ehlp but you need skin tightening like morpheus, trusculpt flex and volume with sculptra/renuva/bellafill/radiessse to specific indentations. you may have one or two spots on posterior thigh that can be used with qwo but cellfina would be better with...
