Can fillers cause eyelid droop? (photos)

Fillers may cause swelling that causes eyelid changes. Botox has its effect 10-14 days later, not 3 weeks later.  Best, Dr. Emer.

If you are referring to your upper eyelid, I don't think the filler injected into your cheek would cause the upper eyelid to sag.  Also, botox takes 5 days to take full effect so it does not make sense that Botox would have this effect at 3 weeks.

My suspicion is that the filler did some swelling around your eyelid area and caused the appearance that you are concern with. It is very unlikely that Botox has some component in this problem. Consult with your injector if this does not get better in the next 24-48 hrs.Hope this helps,Dr. Gus Diaz

Sounds like you had some swelling from your injection.  Lid droop 3 weeks after an initial botox injection NEVER happens.  Good luck - you look fine!
