Slimming and contouring of lower face. Would Emsculpt or Morpheus8 help?

24, Female, 5'8 , 125lbs, Type III Fair. I don't have a double chin so I'd like to find ways to improve jawline definition and slim down lower face. I have some fullness around the buccal fat region but my masseter muscle isn't really prominent from the front view. I did the jaw clench test and my muscle is hardly noticeable. Would Emsculpt/ Morpheus8 /or any type of RF microneedling help tighten skin around the jaw area and slim/ sculpt my face? Or is the only solution Botox

Those are all options of course. In my hands, from looking at your photos, projecting into the skin with a bit of filler and/or microfocused jawline sculpting with a lipocannula would be the homerun!

Botulinum toxin can been found to be an effective treatment for relaxing the muscles around the jaw (the masseter and temporalis muscles). An added bonus is this treatment can also soften the jaw for those seeking a more feminine contour. The combination of Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers in the right place/layer can can address your concerns and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (i.e. cheeks, mid-face, jaw lines, lips and chin) in your face with a natural looking result. 
My approach involves a very detailed assessment of the face as whole unit analyzing the upper, middle and lower face, both side, different views, and using a bespoke treatment with dermal fillers and eventually toxin botulinum. I think you'll have the best outcome with a combination of treatments.  The Botox injected in the masseter muscle will help to slim the jawline.  Morpheus8 can help to tighten and tone the jawline.  Fillers can also be used in conjunction with these treatments for further definition.  I encourage you to visit a board certified plastic surgeon's office to learn more.
