Hi, I’m 46 and has face tite 4 years ago and loved the results. The last year the results are gone and now I hate how my jawline blends into my neck and that I now have loose skin under my chin. I had a consultation which recommended Morpheus and sculptra which was $5000. Is this the best option for me?
Answer: Morpheus8 vs Jawline Filler I think that you would be a great candidate for both treatments. In our practice, we would recommend that you do 3 treatments of Morpheus8 first and then reassess at about 8 weeks. Morpheus8 often will either eliminate or reduce the amount of filler that you may need because it tightens any skin laxity that you have as well as stimulates collagen production causing the skin to be more plump. When filler is done after Morpheus8, it is usually done as just the "icing on the cake" to give you the sharp jawline appearance.

Answer: Morpheus 8, Skin Tightening, Loose Skin, Radiofrequency, Microneedling, Lift, Non-Surgical, Wrinkles, Fine Lines, Scars Hi! Thank you for your question. I think liposuction under the chin/neck would be the best option for you. My patients get a great result with that procedure. You will be in a facial garment for a couple weeks after surgery to ensure the best results! Morpheus 8 can definitely help to address your concerns. However, neck liposuction would be the best approach.

Answer: Morpehus8! You are a great candidate for Morpehus8! your neck and face will benefit. The radiofrequency will tight your whole face and neck resulting in a generalized lift ( if done correctly) the skin will look healthier and refreshed as well. The jaw definition will improve as well.

Answer: Correcting the damage done by face-tite This is my personal opinion, but I don’t believe anyone should have facetite ever performed. In my opinion, the delivery of radio frequency, which is HOT destroys the fat cells. And even though many patients will tell you, they look better in the beginning, this is all from the swelling, and the trauma from the facetite procedure. As time goes on (6-12 months) the real results come out as the face deflates, and the person looks considerably older. The best way. To restore the lost volume and youth of the face is by means of fat grafting. Fat grafting in the hands of an experienced plastic surgeon will produce natural and permanent results. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
