My right eyebrow and eyelid (or maybe the skin between my eyelid and eyebrow?) is much saggier than my left. Would i benefit from surgery on one or both eyes and/or eyebrows? If so, what type of surgery?

Answer: Brow Asymmetry Hi there! Brow asymmetry is not as uncommon as people may be led to believe. Options to try would be Botox to see if any lifting can occur laterally. This is often done in the crow's feet and can lead to mild elevation. If more substantial and permanent changes are desired, a brow lift, usually endoscopically, can be very effective. Most of the time, both brows are manipulated to ensure equal symmetry. The incisions heal nicely and symmetry can be improved. The results can be long-lasting and natural. Seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to ensure this is the correct procedure in your case. Hope that helps you!
