This area of concern below your lip can be "camouflaged or balanced" with filler by blending the depressed areas. I would also recommend a ''gentle" amount of lower lip filler as well for the purpose of supporting your lip tissue that tend to appear to shrink as we age, which is also contributing to the problem.
