I've had botox for 15 yrs but none for over a year, so the pics here are 100% botox free. This issue began about 2 years ago maybe? To me it looks like the orbicularis muscle is overpowering my lower lip. I see this sort of "bulge" below my lip all the time but when I smile it's more prominent, and it seems to push my lower lip up into almost non-existence. (I have permanent makeup on my lip outside the natural border (because of this) and it looks much worse when I don't!)
