I’ve done CoolSculpting before in my stomach and got great results. This time around I found a place without the brand name but still cryolipolysis machine and did both inner and outer tights. My concern is that with the non-cool sculpting machine I noticed the applicators would suck in and out at a regular pace through the 45 minute session. With CoolSculpting it was a constant suction of the skin. Should I be concerned it won’t work? Thanks!

I would consider safe to use cryolipolysis over an area with a cyst or lipoma. As you may know, the cryolipolysis would not treat the cyst, but it should affect any fat in the area.
The only cryolipolysis treatment that I would perform on patients is CoolSculpting. This is the original and well-studied cryolipolysis treatment and I would say the safest.
You cannot perform from online courses in california. I suggest seeing an expert and ensuring you are a candidate and go to an EXPERT. I like trusculpt ID better for most cases. Best, Dr. Emer.
