Hello, I am wondering if the Picoway laser would be effective around the eyes for crows feet? I am not comfortable using Botox or fillers and am looking for a treatment that will help without epic downtime or risk of damage due to excessive heat from the laser. Thank you for your feedback!

OK, the answer is yes, better if you have skin of colour. Look at my before and after pictures and an explanation of how Pico lasers work. Now, the question is weather there are MORE EFFECTIVE methods for wrinkle reduction. The answer is YES, if you have type one or two skin. Tixel is new tech. old tech that works include RF, RF microneedling, or even low density CO2 or even NA wavelengths. Do NOT limit your skin rejuvenation to one pulse duration and one wavelength. Primarily the use for Picoway is for tattoo removal though the handpieces do have some options for light skin resurfacing as well. It does not go deep enough to work on crow's feet though. If you want something without injectables I might recommend you find someone with a CO2RE laser as this CO2 is extremely effective on the crow's feet area and does not leave demarcation lines between treated and untreated areas like other CO2 devices. "This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion.
