How can I treat hemosiderin staining around the eye? (photos)

Hello, I have post inflammatory pigmentation around 9 months. I don't see any changes, even after 1 pico way 1064 treatment. The color is very bright brown, I couldn't go anywhere without sun glasses, it is looking horrible. Could you give me some advices about treatment hemosiderin staining??

Looks like diffuse redness or post inflammatory erythema from your photos. With your skin type, this can be treated with a vascular laser such as Vbeam, N-lite, or Excel V. Find a laser specialist in your area.Best of luck!

This can be improved with lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, Vbeam) and microneedling/prp. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
