Can I wear specs to correct my eye sight after LASIK laser treatment?

hii i got my lasik laser treatment in 2013, now, i feel minor problem of blurred vision, i want to know can i wear specs to correct my vision?? as someone told me that if i got my lasic laser i can't wear specs if i will face any problem of vision on future.plz tell me what i do? can i do any eye exercise???
