I had lasik surgery done 6 months ago both eyes. Three months after surgery I was unable to watch tv, use computer , cell phone , read book or drive. According to Doctors my eyes look normal. If I go in light or read it is very painfull. I am in dark room all the time. My doctor has advised me to use the serum drops . It has been a month using the serum drops but I do not see any significant improvement. I am taking lyrica twice a day . Please help me.

Redness can occur for many reasons besides an infectious conjunctivitis. Whatever is causing the redness will most likely go away rather quickly and most likely will not affect your long-term results. Tobradex and artificial tears are a good idea.
