Is it safe to inject dermal fillers into the brow bone area and supraorbital ridge to make the area more masculine? Are there arteries there that if irritated can cause blindness? I am Asian so I want to make my eye area less bulbous. Is this procedure common?

Answer: Blindness is possible from any where on the face! Risks are higher around the eyes.

The puffy eyes and as you mentioned filler fatigue can happen with under eye filler treatment. If filler gets injected in festoon or under eye bag, it can result in puffy eyes.
