Fillers do not reliably and permanently change eyelid position. What you are describing is lower eyelid retraction surgery with canthoplasty and possibly lateral brow lift. Best to have personal consultation to determine.

Thanks for the question.  The best answer I can give you is that it is dependent on the patient’s  features, filler used and the amount of filler used.  I typically use fillers in moderate amounts to get a desired result that doesn’t leave the patient appearing overfilled.  Hope that helps!
