Do I have rosacea on the sides of my nose or is it just dry skin? (photos)

Do i have rosacea on the sides of my nose or is it just dry skin? im 17 years old going on 18. i have been putting Vaseline on it and it is looking back to normal but if i don't put it on for a night it comes back in 2 days
