What size breast implant would this be for my 11.2 breast size?

Hello,Thank you  for your question and photos. You may be able to achieve roughly the same size as your wish pic but keep in mind that you likely have different anatomy to begin with. Your nipple placement, cleavage, etc, cannot be expected to look exactly like you see in your wish pic. Your Plastic Surgeon will be able to offer you a small range of sizes and projections which fit you and could get you closest to you desired look. My patients prefer to try on the implant sizers in the office with a form-fitting T-Shirt in order to get a feel for them. Be sure to choose a board certified Plastic Surgeon.All the best

Hello,  it is not possible to tell you the person's breast implant size based only on a photo.  If the person in the picture is petite, a relatively small implant can make their breasts look large.  On the other hand if they are larger-framed, big implants would be needed to achieve the same result.  I would suggest seeing a plastic surgeon for proper implant sizing, including the chance to try on sizers.

and existing breast tissue as implant size does not accurately correlate to a
bra size. It also depends on the brand and style of bra you wear as size
varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

You display widely spaced breasts with a limited skin brassiere.  The breast can be expanded significantly with internal scoring of the tissue to permit expansion into a larger perimeter of 13-15 cm, but this is not always advisable. A higher profile implant system can add more volume without major expansion.  A double bubble affect can rarely occur after attempting an aggressive expansion. Your doctor will guide you as to the best approach in your case.  We can't perfectly simulate photo renderings if your anatomy does not permit it. Occasionally, however, more than one procedure may be necessary.  When expanding a narrow breast skin brassiere, it can take a few months to see the final result since the scoring and release can take time to settle.

Thank you for the question. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical.

Having said that, for most patients with your petite frame and anatomic starting point, I recommend the use of round silicone breast implants placed in the sub muscular (dual plane) position. You will find many similar/representative examples on the attached link.

Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:

1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.

2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals we have time for a you their stuff's's homewith your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals.
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of know words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.

3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.

You have a small frame and very little tissue.  The two pictures look totally different.  The first picture is that of a full C and the second picture looks like a DD.  I would recommend the new Inspira silicone breast implants from Allergan.  These new implants are more filled and have much less ripple potential compared to other implants that are underfilled.  Underfilled implants for patients who are thin have a high potential for rippling.  She should always have your implants below the muscle as well.  If your base with is 11.2 cm a moderate profile would only allow you to go 255 cc.  If you choose a high profile then max size is 295 cc.  The extra high implant will allow you to go 340 cc.  This is assuming you truly have a maximum diameter of 11.2 cm.  Obviously you should get measured in person to make that determination. 

Thank you for the photos and questions.  I have found using the Mentor Volume Sizing System is helpful in getting your implants to match your desired size from a cc standpoint.  Typically every 150-200 cc is a cup size.  In a petite person like yourself, this may be a little less.  Most likely you would need a 450-525 cc implant to achieve the volume of the second photo.  Make an appointment with a plastic surgeon to get an in person exam to measure and determine the best size and implant to help you achieve your goals!Best Wishes

This is a great question. The women you show in the photos that you admire have much closer-set breasts on their chest wall than you do. You are not likely to get that same look. But, that's not to say you couldn't acheive a very nice result, and one that you'd be very proud of.
