Hi in Vancouever!  I would listen to what everyone of the dentists just said on this blog and we are all in agreement.  You should have continued with your retainer. Whether you have invisalign or braces, you will need to wear a retainer or the teeth will shift back to where they were when you started the orthodontics. I would keep your beautiful natural teeth and get fitted for a retainer. Wear it an your gap will slowly close!  Keep your own teeth and be compliant about wearing your retainer. You do not need Veneers!  Good luck and take care of those beautiful teeth!

The cost of veneers will run $1000-$2000 per veneer. In this case however, I would advise against it. You are better off using an active retainer to close the space, that way you don't have to drill on the teeth. Also, long term you should continue to wear the retainer so the space doesn't reopen.

It is a shame you lost your retainer.  Veneers can help but they do not last forever (usually 10-20 yrs if kept well and regular check-ups). Costs vary based on area of the US and experience of the dentist and lab. It can be usually anywhere from $750-1750 per tooth.  However getting the space closed again by minor re-treatment ortho and then maintaining it by wearing your retainer nightly can last forever (and is probably less costly if you return to your treating orthodontist).  Good Luck

I would definitely recommend bringing the teeth back in line with an active retainer, then keep them there by wearing your retainer nightly. It would be a shame to drill into beautiful ,natural teeth as you have to do venners.Composite  bonding could work for a while, and it is very conservative and non invasive.However, it needs to be replace and your space looks rather small, so may be harder to do. Please consult an orthodontist ..the cost will likely be less than veneers and much better for you long term
