Which brand of 1000cc saline implant can be filled to 2000 ccs?

None of the FDA approved devices (in the US) exceed 800 cc. It is true that saline devices can be overfilled slightly. That being said, double the fill is unusual and is not recommend. I'm not aware of any implants that you can fill to 2000cc, however, I do not use saline implants at my clinic. 

The implant with the largest overfill capacity in the US is the Mentor 800cc Moderate Plus saline device.  It can be filled to over 2000cc without losing any shell integrity.  (As an experiment I filled one to 3300cc to see if it would rupture and it still kept filling.  Even after throwing it up in the air and dropping it on the ground seven times it still was intact).  However, there are increased risks as the implant volumes go into the >800cc range and require a detailed and thorough discussion with a board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with XL implants.  I hope this helps.

I am not a fan of very large implants.  That aside the problem with overfilling implants to that degree is that they will feel hard and bouncy. Not sift and natural.  It can be done but I advise against it.

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  For the US manufacturers the limited volume is 800cc, although they can be overfilled assuming a patient's anatomy and the implant can handle it.  I am sure you are aware but realize that 2000cc would result in significant health and breast related issues to develop.

None of the breast implant manufacturers (FDA approved in the United States) make 1000 cc saline breast implants. The largest breast implants range from 800 to the mid-900 cc in volume.  These implants can be overfilled to the volumes you mention (assuming the patient's anatomic dimensions allow for this to be done safely). I hope this helps.
