Hey guys! I am just wondering what I need to do to fix my long face? I’m not sure if it’s a nose job or a jaw surgery? I feel like my face is soooo long! Idk what to do? When I do Botox to fix my gummy smile it’s not so bad but when it wears off it’s not good. This photo may not be the best and maybe I need to add more. I just hate having photos taken of me and I’m tired of obsessing over my looks. It’s so tiring.

Hello! Thanks for the great photos and your question. A rhinoplasty can be a nice option to improve facial harmony and change proportions in the face. An open approach is often the best option to create ideal symmetry and changes. Another option would be a chin reduction. This is often performed via incisions inside the mouth and a portion of the mandible is removed. The remainder of the lower edge is shaved to create a better contour. The results can be quite nice but swelling tends to be prominent during the healing process. I would seek consultation with a Facial Plastic Surgeon to learn more. Hope this helps!
