I'd like to minimize pore size & wondering if microdermabrasion along with Obagi is the way to go? Going in for lesion removal.

I'm going in for lesion removal, 1 lg, and 2 sm, they are on my cheeks. Which Obagi kit is geared towards reducing poresize? Or a particular Obagi you'd recommend? The surgeon I'm seeing carries the line but not local to me. I'd like to start a home program before seeing him (in a few mos). Also considering investing in a Clarasonic device. I"m a licensed esthetician (but not practicing currently). I don't have melasma or hyperpigmentation, 45yo and have normal skin and oily t-zone.
