Hi there, This the the face shape I want to achieve from v-line/jawline contouring surgery. Aesthetically this is the result I want, but I am concerned about the risks involved. Could you please inform me what these risks are, and judging by the photo (and the amount of bone needed to be removed), do you think my chances of risks are high? (The surgeon I am consulting with is very skilled, so that is not my concern).
