I would say that if you have concerns about the bony anatomy of your jaw bone, then I would recommend seeing a maxillofacial surgeon and starting with a CT scan to best evaluate the bones. With a better understanding of the anatomy, you can discuss what might help you achieve your goals.

Only on the basis of in person evaluation one could find the cause of jawline asymmetry; it can be bone, soft tissue or both. Option would be to reduce bigger side or to augment weeker. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in face and neck aesthetic surgery would help to make right decision. Good luck.

You have an abnormal curve to the inferior border of your jawline on both sides that is also asymmetric. The key question is whether inferior border bony shaves should be performed or your chin vertically lengthened. (as it is vertically short) Computer imaging would need to be done to determine which looks best to you. I suspect inferior border shaves are needed.
