Can Vbeam make rosacea worse?

Hello I have thread veins on my face accompanied with Rosacea. I want to try Vbeam but I have heard from some patients that they tended to experience more dryness/itching with these kinds of pulse light laser treatments. is there any kind of treatment that could help me other than these?
