Not sure if they used enough joules on my laser treatment with Lightsheer XC Diode

Question

I did my first session 3 days ago. My skin is pale but not too much and my hair is black. For my bottom legs ,stomach and brazillian bikini area she used 17 jouls . for my upper legs she used 26 jouls. I wanted to know if thats enough to get the results i want or to ask to rise the houls in the next sessions. Really important for me please answer! Thanks :)

These settings seem to be fairly low, particularly with light skin. I'm in the low 30's for most of my treatments. However, I'm using the Duet's larger handpiece (HS) for most of the treatment and the smaller handpiece for hard to reach areas, areas that don't suction well, or finer detailed areas.

The lighter the skin, the darker the hair, the better result you are going to have.  Your technician will always have your best interest at heart and there are many reasons lower joules are necessary.  If too much energy is applied over tanned skin for instance you may become hyper or hypo pigmented.  Make sure and let your provider know what your expectations are.  If you are hoping for a lot of clearance in 3-5 sessions, let her know and if it is safe for you she can bump up the joules for your next procedure.
