Thank you for your question and photographs. Results with Accutane may take weeks to months to see improvement, but progress also depends on the dose you are taking. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through photos, but from what I can see, besides acne, it also looks like you have hyperpigmentation, which mimics acne. This may represent gradual improvement with treatment. I highly recommend you consult with your prescribing physician regarding your questions and concerns about treatment. Take care and good luck.
