Moderate acne with blackheads and whiteheads, advice? Not seeing much progress after 2 months/10 days on Isotretinoin. (photos)

Thank you for your question and photographs. Results with Accutane may take weeks to months to see improvement, but progress also depends on the dose you are taking. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through photos, but from what I can see, besides acne, it also looks like you have hyperpigmentation, which mimics acne.
