Which one do you think it will benefit me the most based on my picture? What is the difference of those two types of implants? And if combined cheek implant is better do you think small, medium or large would be better for me? I want to add volume to my cheekbones and to the under the cheek area too for puffy cheeks. Plus, can the combined cheek implant fix my eye bags and help me with the nasolabial folds or the medpor one is better for those issues?

Actually neither standard implant choice is ideal for your needs. Neither implant style can address the undereye area as well as the cheeks. Only a custom infraorbital-cheek implant designs can do so. In addition no form of cheek/midface implant is going to improve nasolabial folds.

For females, the Silastic/implantech combined is a more natural look. It will both enhance the contour and develop a rejuvenated 'fullness' to the area.
