Chin Implant After Lower Face Lift?

I'm wondering if it is possible to have a chin implant after I've already had a lower face lift? I have the typical scar under my chin and am wondering if this will prevent me from being able to have an implant?

The most likely cause of hearing loss after any type of facelift would be from some dried blood in your ear canals.  This is easily diagnosed by having a doctor examine your ears.  It is also easily treatable by washing them out or using a little hydrogen peroxide to help dissolve it....
