Is it possible to only get eyelid surgery on my left eye (the one with more eyelid space) to make it similar to my right?

Unilateral, or one sided surgery, is possible to perform. I would consult with a surgeon skilled in eyelid surgery as there are many factors to consider in the asymmetry. Surgeons need to review the movement of the forehead muscle, the eye muscles, the volume around the eyes and skin.
