Melasma on breast? Can Meladerm be used to lighten it? (Photo)

Hi I started noticing a brown spot on my right boob a couple of years ago. It’s brown but not as noticeableas it is in the picture. Can Meladerm be used to lighten it..? I have sensitive skin and am going through electrolysis currently on my chest area. What’s the best way of looking after this area in general to stop dryness, melasma etc
